In 1860, Giovanni Panerai opened the first watchmaker's shop in Florence, Italy on the Ponte alle Grazie and established contact with the most prestigious and longest established Swiss watch manufacturers. Now situated on the lakefront in the heart of the old town Neuchâtel, Switzerland, the Officine Panerai builds reliable watches that meet stringent production criteria following Swiss technology and all-Italian design.

LTFL obtained this Panerai stainless steel Daylight Chronograph from an avid watch enthusiast (watch does have a scratch in the bezel, at the 11:30 position). This one-owner timepiece was originally purchased, new, from an authorized Panerai retailer. The black dial and black sub dials are well complemented by the satin finished bezel, which incorporates a tachymeter scale. The rich dark brown leather strap is fitted with a stainless steel deployant clasp. The versatility of this timepiece, named to commemorate the Sylvester Stallone movie, "Dayight", is enhanced because it include both a black alligator strap, as well as a rubber strap, with changing tool. The watch is sold with all original papers, manuals and factory box.
